Permission/Info Gathering Post

yourcompetition So, Shiroe is a Mu, or to put it more simply, a completely untrained psychic. This means two things:
A) if your character is also psychic in some way, he will probably keep accidentally sending thoughts/emotions/nightmares your way if he's feeling something strongly.
B) He will keep accidentally picking up on surface thoughts/emotions from other people. I'm probably going to do it as if you write it in action tags, he can pick up on it if I have your permission. If it's something more specific, I'll always PM and ask.
So, is this okay with you? If it's not, I'll just handwave with it being limited for mysterious reasons or something similar.
And another point to it: If your character can naturally shield against things like this, I will assume he can't get past them, so please tell me. Another thing is that AI and computers are completely immune to Mu powers, and that more advances AIs can even give them headaches. So if your character falls under either of these two categories, please tell me.
